The Midas Board in association with The Midas Consortium  and The Midas Consilium shall be run by the elected Presidents of each mobile phone group and their elected representatives and associate shareholder groups as outlined in Section 15.

Each Shareholder Group is a world-renowned organisation incorporating Mobile Phone Networks, Banks & Financial Services, Mobile Handset Manufacturers, Mobile TV, Broadband & Multimedia Provider, DNA Security, TV networks, Content Providers, Film & TV Producers, Infrastructure Providers, a Satellite group and R&D groups.

The Midas Consilium

Representatives shall be elected from the following:-

The European Commission, OECD, The British Bankers' Association (BBA), The Consortium of Banks & Financial Services (CBFS)The European Regulators Group, The European Mobile Broadcasting Council, Ofcom, The Office of Fair Trading, Consumer Protection Regulatory Body, Financial Services Authority, The Data Protection Act and any other relevany bodies shall also be under the auspices of The Midas Consilium.
