This document is for information purposes only. It is neither a proposal nor a recommendation for any investment whatsoever and is subject to contract. (See Disclaimer).
At a Midas Board meeting on 15 January the following proposals were discussed and accepted:-

To further accelerate and promote the advancement of mobile technology to the advantage of each subscriber, mobile-network, partners and shareholders. Consequently massive revenues shall be generated by the biggest global market ever created, and thereby to provide massive new funds to all equity partners and especially to the public services. The Midas proposal is the greatest socio-economic renaissance since The Industrial Revolution.

To invite each mobile telecom network to become an honorary Midas Consortium member in order to engage in exploratory talks, without any commitment or investment, in order to progress this proposed strategic partnership to a mutually acceptable and contractual conclusion.

We are now in the early stages of our exploratory talks with governments and The European Commission and other pertinent regulatory bodies.

A Midas Member is a mobile phone group or an IT infrastructure group who wishes to be a member of the Midas Consortium and accepts the following conditions:-

To construct a technical and business-plan with a letter of intent from each of the proposed mobile phone groups and partners.

That the Midas Board of Directors shall be appointed by a private vote amongst the mobile phone groups.

The proposed Midas Consortium wishes to pioneer such technical innovations that can accelerate DVB-H, LTE, HSPA+, GPS, GLS. UMA. RFID/EPC and promote pan-european broadband technology together with a diverse range of infrastructures designed to maximise efficiency, security and to become more cost-effective by mobile-network sharing.

Midas meetings take place upon invitation only from the mobile phone groups and shall be conducted without any publicity whatsoever, unless written permission is provided by the mobile phone group concerned.

Midas members shall meet in order to establish their indigenous corporate wishes and those of their subscribers. Individual tariffs and marketing policy shall be in accordance only with the mobile phone group concerned.

The gross turnover from all the Midas Consortiums’ transactions shall be made public by the National Audit Office and each mobile group shall receive profits, subject to contract, in proportion to the numbers of compliant subscribers each have submitted.

Each Midas member shall retain their own audit and legal framework whereby corporate-sensitive and confidential information shall not be divulged to any party.

The rights and proprietary patents including all confidential and sensitive material of each corporate Midas Member, their individual terms and conditions, shall be respected.
