Who are the Tenant Companies?
Tenant Companies offer 'best-value GLS shopping' and are composed of global retailers, manufacturers and HD Multimedia Broadcast Content, Social & Business Networking, Financial Services, Sponsors & Advertisers and Quadruple Play providers. They receive their income live-time and payments are made by a secure, global SMS system allied with a revoultionary Retinal/DNA/Biometric security system. Tenant Companies together with certain Private Equity Groups fund the infrastructure costs in the Midas Consortium.

The Midas Tenant Companies are not shareholders and are comprised of global retailers and manufacturers together with content providers including all multimedia services.

Midas Retinal/DNA Biometric Code (RDnC)
Each mobile customer has an individual 'Retinal/DNA Biometric Algorithm Code' (RDnC) that identifies  a specific subscriber registered with a specific operator and also totally prevents fraud. 

Who pays for the Midas Consortium?

The Tenant Companies pay for any infrastructure network costs, advertising, data-storage and other residual costs. These costs are also shared by equity participants, such as Handset Manufacturers, Sponsors, Advertisers, Content Providers, Broadcasters and any others interested investors. As the mobile operators provide the subscribers and the use of their proprietary network they pay nothing to development costs. It is established that most of the systems architecture is already in place. These massive revenues are also complemented by Subscription Tarrifs, VOD, DTM, Pay-per-View which are at the discretion of each individual mobile operators' tarrifs.

How is Data stored?

Subscriber data and personal information is supplied by the mobile subscriber to the Tenant Company subject to The Data Protection Act. The Tenant Company takes liability for any misuse, non-payment or unauthorised transference of data. The mobile subscriber, upon request, receives an individual, personalised code which is transmitted from the mobile subscriber with a Retinal/DNA Biometric code (RDnC) to the Tenant Company. Once logged-in the mobile subscriber has only to press 'SEND' or 'RECEIVE' to perform any function. To pay for any product the transaction is completed employing the mobile subscribers' proprietary RDnC personal code.

Tenant Company Annual Fee

Each Tenant Company pays an annual fee in order to be accessed via global mobile subscribers irrespective of the network provider. Tenant Company fees are in proportion to compliant subscribers.

Midas Subscribers' Satistics

Subject to Midas compliant customers' permission and in compliance with The European Commission, Ofcom The Data Protection Act and other regulatory bodies. The Tenant Companies can log their customers' individual preferences.
